Kourtney grew up in the Houston suburb of Kingwood, Texas, with her parents and  2 older sisters.  Her parents owned and operated a multi-franchise motorcycle dealership since 1978 and growing up, she worked at the family business believing it was her purpose in life to follow in her parents' footsteps and continue their dream.  

    After college and service in the Air Force, she learned the most working side by side at their motorsports dealership with one of Yamaha's top salesmen, her best friend, and mom, Dianne.  A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, English teacher, Sunday School teacher, volunteer at The Mission and successful business owner, she was highly respected and loved by everyone.  Dianne's untimely death in 2003, at the age of 60, shook the community and devastated the family.  

    Desperately seeking answers and yearning to talk to her Mom, Kourtney prayed to God for help.  Her wish was granted when her Mom came to her in a dream and spoke of heaven as like a family reunion.  The message to her loved ones "Love everyone and hate no one" confirmed it was truly Dianne, in Heaven.
         

   She talked to her sister about how much she missed Mom and wished they (both) could talk to her.  Her oldest sister mentioned she had met a woman who spoke to Angels and could relay messages from the other side.  Kourtney called immediately for an appointment.  The appointment wasn't for a week, but she figured that would give her time to come up with "good" questions.

    With a pen and pad of paper ready, she anxiously awaited her remote reading via telephone with the Certified Spiritual Counselor.  The conversation began with a soft-spoken woman, who sounded like an Angel herself, introducing Kourtney to the fact that there were Angels all around her and they wanted to communicate with her!  Anxious to oblige, she asked her most well-thought out question, "What is her calling/purpose in life?"
 

    The counselor replied with an answer that seemed strangely familiar.  "You are a healer," she said.  "And that is the life script you decided upon before you were born."  Easily and matter-of-fact, the counselor relayed more messages given by the Angels. 
    
    Guided by her Guardians to tune into her higher self, trust her intuition and educate herself, she went to work immediately.  Kourtney studied under Doreen Virtue, PhD., and received her certification as an Angel Therapist.  Her ability to directly communicate with the angelic realm catapulted her on her spiritual path and provided essential guidance leading her to learn different alternative healing methods she uses in her practice today.

      Her business, All In Spirit, provides a safe haven for people to learn and receive insight, encouragement and healing directly from God and the angels.  She accepts adult and youth clients by appointment for readings, alternative healing sessions and weight loss/nutrition consultations and programs.

      Her angel readings and relaying messages from the other side are instrumental in helping others receive guidance, peace and closure.  Clients agree, the messages are uplifting, comforting and Divinely guided. 

    As seen in the Spring Observer Newspaper, her abilities highlight Spirit Quest's Ghost Quest, Ghost Tour of Old Town Spring.  "The outside walking tour includes not only the history of Old Town Spring, but also includes the chilling ghost legends of each extremely haunted location we visit. At each stop, participants will have an opportunity to use their ghost hunting equipment in a safe, informative and, above all, fun environment.  Our psychic medium, Kourtney Franks, will tell her experiences of each haunted location and give her impressions of the spirits we may encounter as we walk around town."   

    Not everything she does is paranormal.  Local community colleges have brought her in to work with students to relieve text anxiety.  She uses the theta brain state (and teaches others how) to change a person's fears or limiting beliefs, enabling them to succeed.  Some of her most rewarding work is with businesses and organizations that want to change the overall feeling of their office and attitude of employees.  Kourtney uses different clearing and energy techniques on-site or remote.  Overnight, managers are seeing positive attitudes and outlook replace negative beliefs about the economy!     

    She helps numerous patients lose weight, relieve stress, decrease anxiety, eliminate pain and  continues to expand her knowledge base and improve her abilities with courses in alternative healing, nutrition and the spiritual realm.  Kourtney is a Reiki Method of Natural Healing Master and Teacher, Theta Healing Practitioner, The One Command and Commanding Wealth Practitioner, Raw Foods Chef, Health and Wellness Coach specializing in natural supplements by Herbalife.  She hosts Weight Loss Challenges in Kingwood, Texas and surrounding areas.
